Last week was planed to find a flat for longterm rent in Krakow, but because of the WYD, that I had no knowledge about up front, was this mission near impossible. With more than 1.000.000 pilegrims in town it was insted a much better idea to go for some street-shots. As always I had my old workinghorse, the OLympus OM-D E-M5, available.
What is WYD? O’ its a World Youth Day – a kind of world congress for catholics. The Pope was in town and everbody was out in the streets and they make noise like hooligans… Crazy is the most obvious word that can describe the human temprature of the town in the moment.
